  Personally I only know that this is bad service because of my girlfriend, I know nothing about beauty therapy.... but being treated like u are being are being arrested and made feel like u are a piece of garbage while getting your arms and back waxed? Come on I am paying u money for a service!!! Telling me u can hurt me, yer I could probably hurt u to I am here to get my back waxed, never never never again I don’t care how quick you are, this is not selection for the special forces... it’s a service which u pay good money for and should be made to feel comfortable, don’t even do a good job!!! Maybe a new career is order in order for the M Bar staff.....

  Unprofessional. As a client you should be treated with respect and dignity, being told to take of all your clothes whilst the therapist just stands there and watches isn’t very dignified at least.. not to say uncomfortable. And as for the ‘speed waxing’ I feel is just an excuse to cut costs and not do a good job.

  The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was good but this was the worst waxing I have ever had. After paying the money and going through the pain, you expect a good result as they mention quality a thousand times on the website. I got home as to find what appeared to be a half arsed job with long hairs scattered in groups everywhere which are clearly visible. I could have done a better job shaving myself for free. I would much prefer to be laying there getting ripped at for half an hour at another salon, than for 10 minutes with a job like this. No one wants to pay the money, to then go home and have to try and finish the job themselves. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this salon at all.
