  The advice and professional level of service I have received here in the 3 years I lived on the Sunshine Coast is unmatched anywhere else , so much so that I will continue to shop with them even though I have now returned to Melbourne. John and Stuart are extremely knowledgeable in all areas of cycling whether you are a novice or a pro, commuter or ironman triathlete. Their new shop at 120 Brisbane Road is well worth a REGULAR visit !

  Bought $5000 worth of tri bike and a wheel set here. I detailed the specs I wanted including crank arm length and wheel set details down to the type of reinforced spokes I wanted. I discovered the crank arm length was wrong, they queried why I even wanted what I wanted. Because I'm spending 5K in your shop, that's why. So they bodged a set of ill-fitting cranks on using 8 spacer washers so the left arm didn't hit the frame, I was new to cycling and assumed this was normal. First ride the gear leaver housing unscrews. Two weeks later my bottom bracket unscrews mid-ride. One month later I get my bike serviced elsewhere (obviously) to be informed that my cassette is worn out (yep, they gave me a used cassette). Two months later in a bike fitting the former HED rep informs me the spokes are not the actual HED spokes I originally insisted on. The bike fitter also points out the bike was actually to big for me. So in short, I'm rather disappointed. I will say that the service up to the point I paid my money was exceptional.

  Terrible to deal with. If you say you are going to do something... you should do it. Wouldn't deal with again.

  Excellent customer service, authentic and genuine care and quality of bikes - was stranded in Mooloolaba on a recent Sunday and they willingly obliged after closing time to help get my bike roadworthy again so we could make the trip home. Top dudes. Great guys - Highly Recommended!

  Bought a Specialized saddle - didn't have the saddle I ordered so they upgraded the saddle - excellent fit and unbelievable service and assistance. Steve C
