    I would like to complain vehemently with the use of the internet regarding the above mentioned company policies. My 80 year old mother who owns property in SE Qld was canvassed recently by an Elders rep and was asked that since she owns quite a nice plot of house and, would she like to sell it??!!!

    Call this what you like, but this is surely not a professional way of conducting business, they obviously knew that the owner was elderly and the rep was trying his 'luck' on what he thought was easy prey. The rep himself claims that he was working for the Buderim branch which I couldn't find on internet. But I will warn that if such upsetting behaviour occurs again, I will be reporting this to higher authority.
