  Now we are left playing phone tag with the principal who can not do anything until the property manager in question returns from holidays. In the mean time my family has not been able to have home cooked meals as the oven is just one issue that has not been resolved. I am sure if I was a tenant it would not take this long to resolve this issues.

  They will use excuses like the power was off so I could not check that the appliances work, as I have done research with other agencies it became apparent that tenants are instructed to leave power on until exit report is completed.

  A very big, heartfelt thankyou to Suzanne Annabel at First National Real Estate Mooloolaba and Maroochydore. From the moment we met, right through to the settlement of the contract and handover of the keys to my new property, Suzanne was an absolute delight. She is a bubbly, friendly and down to earth lady and was very helpful in answering the many questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She made the whole process very easy which I greatly appreciated. Also thanks to the Admin team in the office who were also very efficient and kept me informed at all stages of the process.   My partner and I employed the assistance of First National Mooloolaba to find an investment unit in the Mooloolaba area. During the process of finding a suitable unit we were constantly updated with suitable properties which fitted our profile and are now proud owners of a property. Our thanks to all the First National staff, in particular our agent Dan Hawes. No pressure selling, constant contact and a most friendly experience. We have now employed First National to manage leasing of our property. Thanks First National and Dan.

  Disappointed to say the least. I would NOT recommend letting these people look after your rental properties as they work for the tenant and not the landlords.

  My wife and I decided to enlist the help of an agent to sell our penthouse apartment in Mooloolaba and chose First National, mainly through reputation. From our first contact with Paul Angell we felt confident that a sale would be made relatively quickly even though we were prepared for a lengthy sales campaign. Through their database marketing a buyer was identified straight away, a price negotiated to our complete satisfaction and a contract signed. The whole process was handled very professionally and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome.
