  A couple of things that could be improved - there were no fly screens on any of the windows, and there was no BBQ in the apartment or in the pool area.

  We stayed in Unit 4 and it had pretty much everything we needed. We were a family of 4 adults & 2 children and there was plenty of room. The cupboards were exceptionally well-stocked and the bedrooms were a good size.

  In addition to the great views and heated swimming pool we appreciate the comfortable units, central location and great management offered by Sydney and Lauren - therefore we give 84 the spit our highest recommendation.

  My wife and I travel from the United States periodically to visit relatives and enjoy the Sunshine Coast. We have stayed at several places around Mooloolaba and found 84 the Spit to be the only one we will continually come back to.

  We stayed at La Mer, which is the adjoining building to 84 The Spit. It's a fantastic location, right on the beach and opposite Underwater World.
